This is a genuine warning as many people have contacted me after buying their vehicle elsewhere and discovering that their vehicle has done 3 x the mileage indicated... the mileages from Japan are all traceable via Jevic so please insist on this if buying a imported vehicle, or you can do it yourself with the chassis number and current advertised mileage just visit the jevic website, Also ask the dealer to see the original Japanese D-registration/export certificate from Japan as many of these also indicate mileage data.
